While Wave 1 introduced us to a fresh new storyline and animation style, I feel that there is still so much more that can be explored and expanded upon.
Firstly, Sonic Prime Wave 2 would allow for further character development and exploration. In Wave 1, we were introduced to new characters such as Yacker and Lyric, but there is potential for even more interesting and dynamic characters to be added in Wave 2. This could also include the development of existing characters such as Tails, Knuckles, and Amy, giving them more depth and complexity.
Secondly, a second wave would also provide an opportunity for more diverse storytelling. The first season of Sonic Prime will focus on a time-travel plotline, but there are countless other storylines from the games and comics that have yet to be explored in an animated series. With Wave 2, we could see stories from different dimensions or even alternate universes featuring beloved characters like Shadow or Silver.
